Have a point of contact for the location. We tried to contact someone by phone, but it stated that it wasn't in service. I would not recommend this location if you want customer service of any type.

Easy, breezy, beautiful old school market!
Autumn LThe pickup location was great it was the pick up experience that was not good. The app didn’t let me pick up the truck. I had to have assistance from the owner of the place I picked it up from and he had to my understanding re-reserve the uhaul for me.
Josh WTrailer had debris in it. There was no physical presence at location.
