The location is not well marked and the parking lot is very crowded with campers which makes it very difficult to maneuver around especially with a trailer. I picked this location as the website stated they opened at 8 AM and when I arrived a little after 8 there was no one there to assist me. I had to unhook the trailer by myself and their parking spots have a slight incline which made it difficult and I was also worried the trailer would roll after I left. I went back around 10:30 as do had a break in my schedule to make sure the trailer got checked in appropriately and the staff member made no apologies for not being open at 8 and did not seem to care about me at all as a customer

LANCE NThe facility was fabulous. The truck was hard to push the gas petal and no get up. It wouldn’t get up to speed in a regular timeframe. It sounded like it was bogging out. The exhaust pipe was bouncing.
