I turned my vehicle in-paid almost $700.00 for my rental. I had to sit outside waiting for my son to pick me up. As I waited I needed to use the restroom. I went in and asked Beth if I could use the restroom. Her reply: "we don't have a public restroom". Seriously? I didn't just walk in from the street-I am a customer, paying you $700.00, and I can't use the restroom? It was rude and not high quality customer service. She is young and just doesn't give a crap-in my opinion. I hope she develops kindness as she grows older.

Es su responsabilidad checar que las unidades tengan “algo†de gas al menos para poder rentarlo o no ??

Bryan R.Mobile pickup was horrendous. Couldn't get it to work which the guy onsite says happens a lot.. Had to wait 30 min in person to get the truck and start the order over, defeats the whole purpose of setting it up ahead of time. Returned in the middle of the night to save on time (used 9 hrs of my 24 scheduled) with the key drop and was charged $20 for “After Hours†service. Total BS. Between the Mobile and getting needlessly charged I'll be going to Penske or elsewhere in the future.

And when my husband returned the car, was charged the same rate as the wrong one. And was charged 40 for gas eventhou i pumped gas. And of course we didn't catch it until we got our receipt sent to us 2hours later thru email. And at that time they were off. Pretty unset and got lied to

But when we were leaving our destination we noticed the right front tire was bald and the wire was showing We drove to tuba city az. We called and almost 3 hours later we finally got help. They replaced the tire and the air was low on all tires.

You need to train your employees to engage with the customer and welcome them for business— I seriously though I was in the Twilight zone and bothering them for service.

Seth B.I went in expecting to pay $39.99+ Miles + taxes and etc. received a receipt for almost $200 simply because the person who worked with us did not explain everything we needed to avoid so we don't get charged extra; after hour drop off fee, refueling service fee and etc. I was told I'll be charged $117 (total with 59 miles). When I return car, the final total will be based on actual miles instead of 50 miles.

Acts like he is being inconvenienced by doing his job. When asked for printed receipt, he sighs and says “sure, why not†with low key attitude because he was annoyed. I don't need to go somewhere and pay for service like that. I'll go to a different rental company and pay more for better service. Ridiculous.
