ROMEO SThe location consists of a large parking lot and a single-wide trailer. I dropped off during business hours and never saw or spoke to an employee, and there were at least 3 groups of people walking around the location looking confused. Luckily, I was able to use the mobile app to drop off with no employee interaction needed, otherwise I probably would have been waiting at least an hour.

Jeffrey LAgain, they made it real easy. I dropped off my rental truck, left the keys, and I was on my way home.
RONALD AI got charged 2 days for a 1 day rental and had to call in to get the credit applied. The movers I hired through the U-Haul reservation did a lot of damage to interior walls and carpets that has to be patched painted and cleaned, and broke an irrigation line outside while moving big stuff. They were nice guys but could have taken their time and prevented the damage.

LUIS MThis UHaul rental was the worst experience ever!! The first part was when I was handed the key to truck, I was told to bring back truck with the same amount of gas 3 quarters full. I made a mistake trusting uhaul employer in his service which led me not to bother checking gas level at that moment. Well, a few blocks later I noticed it only had a half of tank. I drove back and asked why were they charging me for 3/4 gas tank when I’m leaving only with half of tank of gas? Manager said “opps, sorry our bad” So, then I was told just to bring it back with half of tank of gas. I then got on the free had to drive to my location 50 miles out from rental place. It was super loud in truck I thought my window was slight open causing noise, however it wasn’t window, it was missing rubber seal to door. Also the truck kept pulling to the right, causing me to swerve from time to time.I then noticed that, there’s a notification saying “ service tire monitor system” on dash board. 50 miles later when I arrived to my location I checked the tires and the inside of tires were completely bald, to where I can see the wires. I took pictures of tires just in case I get a flat or accident. I made it back to Temecula safe. I returned truck back the next day and spoke and pointed problem again to manager, this man is in denial with the an excuse that blew my mind. He told me that those two front tires weren’t his and that someone switched them. I was feeling like he was accusing for a moment. I asked him if the back tires were his and he told me yes. He was dishonest all four tires had the same tire threads . Lastly, when I asked him for my receipt, he told me that they will email me my receipt. I wish they would of went over all the hidden fees, because from 19.99 the rental it came out to over 200.00 dollars. One charge was 15.00 for safe: I’m not sure what that mean. In my opinion those rentals are supposed to be expected before a customer drives off. On their part that was maintenance negligence and they should not be in business. Old Town Temecula U Haul is the worse rental place.
MICHELLE LWhen paying for miles put all miles on same location. For some reason it was 319 miles and then 39 extra miles. It should have just been 350 miles so that customer doesn't have to explain things when get bill for extra miles. Still waiting on my refund for the miles not used.

ARTHUR BYour software seems to be a little glitchy when it comes to Android phones. The staff had a workaround, but that shouldn't be necessary.

ALVIN MVery happy and energetic crew! I enjoy coming to this location over others because the staff here is always friendly, while some other locations feel like they don’t enjoy their jobs and can come across as rude. The crew working on Saturday, December 6th made my rental process easy and enjoyable. Please keep up that level of positivity, maybe it will even rub off on the other locations! I shows that Anthony really cares about his team as well.
Luke DAnthony, the owner helped me with my check-in and Return process. He was very kind, knowledgably, and professional. I appreciated being checked-in quickly as I was on a time constraint. I would definitely recommend this location to family nd friends.

JON DGreat, there was a helpful person there running things at 8:00 am. Supplies such as straps for rent or purchase were very limited, though we at least able to rent moving pads and purchase shrink wrap. That's tough on moving days in a pinch. It was quite challenging to hook the straps on the truck. It seems like loops may be missing?
