The issue was with the u-haul reservation. I asked for a car transport trailer not a dolly. So the day I picked up the equipment the pickup location changed and I was forced to pick up the moving truck from one location and the trailer from a different location. This caused our trip to be delayed.

Excellent customer service!
Frank BMake sure the trailers wiring are in working order. Pick up time changed 4 times. From 7 am to 10 am to 7 am, then to 8 am.
