I cannot remember the gentleman's name, he was very helpful to get me the truck. Everything was good, except the fuel tank in your system stated 5/8 of a tank but it was actually 3/8 of a tank in the truck.

VICTORIA RThe service that I received when I returned the Uhaul was terrible. The younger kid that worked in the store, refused to help me with a return. I was trying to return two matress covers that I bought at the Fullerton location. They were marked with Uhaul packaging. All of my uhaul orders have been in the system. I did not have a reciept and they refused to return the orders. When I questioned it, Austin told me that I was being rude and he didn't appreciate how I was talking to him. I was frustrated and questioning the policy but never raised my voice or acted in appropriately in any way. He pulled a $20 out of his wallet for another item I was returning, would not give me the actual pricing for the item returned or a receipt and said it was $19.95 and asked me to leave. . I reported it to the other person that was working there. he apologized. They also never cchecked in the Uhaul and would only provide me an emailed receipt when they had time. I would appreciate a phone call from someone at Uhaul to discuss this situation
jennifer dThe windshield was so dirty that I almost couldn’t see from it, and I tried to clean it many times and the stuff was glued to it. Inside the cabin and cargo they were both clean.
