carri A.I had to reconnect the trailer and the chains were too long. I drove it that way for less than a mile. The Uhaul worker was really put off by it and bickered at me about it. Really bad customer service and totally unnecessary on his part to get so upset about it.
John N.Every time this person "helps me" , it doesn't matter that I do the online check in, he ALWAYS asks me about my address, asks me to give him my card, and gives me the pamphlet, even though I've been renting for SEVERAL months FIVE days a week, he still makes me waste my time ON PURPOSE. For this reason, I'm asking for a loan to buy a truck and don't rent anymore, at least not from this location
