The staff here is amazing. This location is old and not appealing. It sits on a dirt lot with a trailer. The staff members is amazing. This poor soul was by himself ans did an impeccable job helping all of us. This young man needs a raise. It's not fair to staff this location with one person

I reserved a 15 footer and while I was already arrived I got a call from haul to go to Murrieta - I spoke to the manager there in Temecula who offered a 10 footer and convinced me it was going to do the job weight wise.... well not only it was not strong enough to carry the weight I needed but also I have got charged for miles while I was offered 50 free miles on this rental.... terrible experience !

Give proper information. I was told my rental was to back within 24 hrs of taking it for the initial cost, I was then charged another 45 dollars after dropping it within the period. I asked the kid after unhooking if I needed to come in and he said no your good. it was later that day I received the second charge.

Uhaul trucks are the best for moving. Will not consider others. Possibly be able to override the computer for overcharge if circumstances warrant consideration. My issue was solved through customer service and I received credit but it would be nice to be able to do so on site.

The pick up went smooth but when I returned the van at 1300 hours no one was in the office and no clear explanation on how to leave the key. I don’t want to download an app to receive instructions. But over all everything was good.

The people are very nice but could of helped me if they were forthcoming with the gas tank gas refill problem. I traveled by self and I became concerned that the gas tank was not able to be filled. I had to go to different gas stations to try different pumps. I had to try different techniques to handling the gas pump handle. I tried various ways of putting the handle in the tank. None worked for me. Often time I put 100.00 on credit card and I could not fill the tank so I was leaving a lot of money to be returned whenever the credit card company would reimburse me the unused monies for that gas station. I would go to another gas station to try it. I had to do the filling gas in intervals. I became worried about running out of gas if I could not fill the gas tank. So let me say UHAUL online website to rent a truck was easy but the actual trip was scary for me because if at one point I could not fill it with enough gas to get from one point to another I would be stuck in the middle of the desert. I asked the gas station owners to see if they could make it fill-up and they had the same problems I had. THE GAS TANK AND OR SYSTEM had a problem and the truck should not have been rented out.

I ordered a van to be used for a few hours on 4/18/26. Everything related to my order was ready from my ONLINE was well done. What didn't workout in the transaction was the office associate informed me that my rental had only 1/8th of a tank of gasoline. I have never rented any vehicles from your company or any other company, but that the tanks were FULL upon leaving. I spent $105 gasoline charges to fill the van for returning it to the depot.. Your associate informed me that I would only receive $13 allowance. I only drove the vehicle 42 miles and felt this was unfair and should not have occurred, as I should have been given a vehicle FULL of fuel. Your company should have charged the previous user the U-Haul fuel allowance fees to recover their misuse of terms and I should not be penalized for returning FULL of Fuel.

The location consists of a large parking lot and a single-wide trailer. I dropped off during business hours and never saw or spoke to an employee, and there were at least 3 groups of people walking around the location looking confused. Luckily, I was able to use the mobile app to drop off with no employee interaction needed, otherwise I probably would have been waiting at least an hour.

I got charged 2 days for a 1 day rental and had to call in to get the credit applied. The movers I hired through the U-Haul reservation did a lot of damage to interior walls and carpets that has to be patched painted and cleaned, and broke an irrigation line outside while moving big stuff. They were nice guys but could have taken their time and prevented the damage.
