The lot is very dark and when returning at night, you can’t see anything. I use the van for four hours and it gets dark early. I was made to park in the dirt lot next-door and there was plenty of open spaces where I could’ve parked on the edge of the U-Haul center.

Spent the time completing all necessary paperwork online the day before, including photos of my DL for a 6x12 open trailer with ramp. Arrived at the location and the young kid could not fine my reservation, even though I gave him my reservation number. It took another 15 minutes of him fumbling around on 2 different computers, making me do the photo license process again, before he said the paperwork was complete. Went outside to get the trailer hooked up, and he had the wrong trailer!!! He was giving me an enclosed trailer before I said that is not what I reserved!!! He said no problem, and randomly picked another trailer and said he would change the paperwork later!!! I got a phone call from Uhaul this morning asking me if I had returned the trailer yet, which I had, YESTERDAY!!!! Ever again would I trust that location!!!!

CHERYL PThe 26' truck has no maintenance done to it, there was no window washer fluid, the engine needed attention-going 60mph and tye RPMs would reverve to 5 for no reason. Uhaul wants to charge $40 to put 2. straps around the front tires and hook the 2 chains on your vehicle while using the car transporter then $30 to unload it. The customer drives the vehicle onto it and off it. The one staff member, been there awhile, is so rude.

MARK SThe truck had an exceptionally bad ride. It had around 110K miles under the hood, and you could tell. Furthermore, the key of the truck I drove had the tendency of getting stuck in the ignition keyhole (which prevented the truck from starting again until released). I felt I was given the worst truck in the inventora which I did not appreciate.

CHAD DThe place is too dark when I returned the vehicle I rented. The entrance to this location is dark specially I'm not from around the area. For the betterment of the business, Uhaul should add lights at this location.

Jonathan RSun visor was broken and would fall down obstructing view. Could not adjust passenger mirror which made lane changes difficult. When offering safe move - need state that it is "Per day" not just "15.00" - this is misleading sales representation. a 1 day rental actually gets charged 2*15 dollars. Also - should summarize mileage cost as separate from daily rate and safe move during sale - mileage cost has doubled since the last time I rented. Overall - I find that U-Haul was very expensive compared to previous times I've used it - I would not refer friends or family to U-Haul in the future.

Unfortunately, the gas gauge seemed to stick at the 3/4 full mark which had me concerned ... so I added $50 bucks after driving for a couple of hours and it did not move! I filled up the next day and eventually it started dropping as I emptied the tank. Please have that checked for your next customer. Otherwise - everything was great.

FLORITA VI reserved a truck online for a pick up location and a different drop off. I showed up to pick up the truck and location was never discussed. I dropped off the truck and now I’m being charged for a wrong drop off charge. No where online did it say an option for one way. All I’m asking is to be charged a one way vs a wrong drop off location.
