The truck had an exceptionally bad ride. It had around 110K miles under the hood, and you could tell. Furthermore, the key of the truck I drove had the tendency of getting stuck in the ignition keyhole (which prevented the truck from starting again until released). I felt I was given the worst truck in the inventora which I did not appreciate.

The place is too dark when I returned the vehicle I rented. The entrance to this location is dark specially I'm not from around the area. For the betterment of the business, Uhaul should add lights at this location.

Sun visor was broken and would fall down obstructing view. Could not adjust passenger mirror which made lane changes difficult. When offering safe move - need state that it is "Per day" not just "15.00" - this is misleading sales representation. a 1 day rental actually gets charged 2*15 dollars. Also - should summarize mileage cost as separate from daily rate and safe move during sale - mileage cost has doubled since the last time I rented. Overall - I find that U-Haul was very expensive compared to previous times I've used it - I would not refer friends or family to U-Haul in the future.

The truck was clean and the a/c worked very well. Unfortunately, the gas gauge seemed to stick at the 3/4 full mark which had me concerned ... so I added $50 bucks after driving for a couple of hours and it did not move! I filled up the next day and eventually it started dropping as I emptied the tank. Please have that checked for your next customer. Otherwise - everything was great.

While guiding my truck to connect to your trailer Dillion did not give a signal to stop before the trailer tongue rammed my rear bumper causing a dent in it. Very irritating to say the least.

I reserved a truck online for a pick up location and a different drop off. I showed up to pick up the truck and location was never discussed. I dropped off the truck and now I’m being charged for a wrong drop off charge. No where online did it say an option for one way. All I’m asking is to be charged a one way vs a wrong drop off location.

Don't know what you could do better. Reservation process was painless. I changed plans 3 times and you flexible throughout. The pick up was quick and simple. Drop off after hours is a great option and simple. And last but certainly not least the folks at Old Town Rentals were extremely nice, professional and highly knowledgeable. So how do you improve on that? No charge? That's all that's left. Thanks

They couldn’t print my receipt after I returned the trailer. I returned the trailer at 4:45 p.m., and I received an email the day after with a return hour of 7:15 p.m. They didn’t process my return on time. I saw that on the app, and I had to call U-Haul. However, the gentleman over there was very nice and polite.

Anthony is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond and has quite the sense of humor. He remembers his customers and makes the experience run seamlessly. Definitely an employee that leaves you with a lasting impression that makes this U-Haul the best I’ve ever encountered.

The only complaint I have is. If you return a truck with more gas than when you picked it up. They won't reimburse you. * Reason why I returned it with more gas. I was filling the tank back to the 1/2 tank it had when picked up. I had the key turned on so I could see the gauge when it was at the 1/2 tank. It filled up to the desired level according to the gauge. However, when I started the truck and pulled away the gauge read 3/4 of all tank. Normally, I would've been like, okay no problem. But with gas prices at the level they're at. And spending $290 to rent the truck for a 24 hour move. I was hoping to get a refund. But anyway, I did think the overall rental process was above average.
