Apparently my vehicle wasn’t hooked up correctly. I could have lost my vehicle on the highway. There could have been a major accident due to not properly connecting the vehicle. That is from a U-Haul location. Your workers stated this at the drop off location.
Carrie DI’d say this was the most convenient and accommodating U-Haul rental I’ve had. I’ve done professional moving and as well as a lot of personal moving. I’d definitely drive out of my way to rent from this location. 5 stars.

Jimmie HAbsolutely every time my wife reserves a truck online to rent she declines the insurance and every single time we pick it up it shows that she accepted the insurance which is absolutely false. She believes this is not a mistake. While this rental experience was a lot better then some of our previous ones we still got stuck with the insurance that was declined. You need to stop adding that on when the truck is picked up. She showed me afterwards what the price was on our reservation and that the insurance was not included! Seriously!

TAMARA Jlocation of parking lot was small no where to park truck. app to return vehicle would not take pictures of odometer and fuel gauge sat on hold for almost 45 minutes on phone to be told just leave key in drop box and some will contact you Monday during business hours.

Gabriel IThe only issue I had was trying to return the unit using the online system. First it wouldn't find my location, and I had all of my location services turned on. Then using a different phone, the system could not find my rental. Had to do the chat, which took a long time to connect to someone. Ended up calling the facility the next day to make sure that I was not going to be charged extra. Other than that, things were good.

Brad CThe folk at Olivet (MI) Hardware were helpful even during a phone call from my family member who had no info about the rental. They had very convenient drop-off area and even Sunday hours, which saved us tons of time. They will likely see my family again.
