DEREK ALocation of pickup was friendly and helpful. Truck was left on empty with 4 miles to empty left on the dash and no gas station in sight. Hand cart and 4 wheel dolly was left unsecured and rolling around all over the back end. It took 3 guys to open and close the overhead door due to the DS cable being bound up. Left with 1/4 tank of gas per the agreement and got a final receipt showing there was only 1/8 tank.
Brent CI’m not sure why but I was charged for two rentals. I was told as long as I returned it within 24hrs I wouldn’t be charged and my rental began at 9am today and I dropped it off around 9:15pm-9:25pm roughly today so I am confused as to why I was charged twice and would like my refund other then that it was great would recommend 10-10
Samuel VI was unable to return the trailer on the 24th due to a late arrival at my destination. 25th was Christmas. couldnt return the trailer that day either. Is thereAnything you can do about the late fee?
