This location failed to assist the individual returning the truck because they either were not staffed or are just lazy. Either way this location provided a lot of problems. I had a claim for water damage as well which they did not help with or assist. I spent and wasted hours on the phone with people ensuring the truck was returned only to find out from your automated system it has not been returned. I don't know why they couldn't just help return the truck.

Owner of this location was rude, yelled at me, refused to release my keys for over an hour even after speaking to U-Haul support 3 separate times on my phone. Had me and the U-Haul CS agent check all the lock boxes that he had moved inside behind the counter and emptied. Once we located the keys in the return drop box outside he still gave me grief before opening it up AND it was infested with bull ants. Then once this was resolved and I finally got my keys and had to alter my reservation, he immediately did the same thing to the woman behind me who was trying to pick up her rental truck.
