The only problem I had picking up the truck was I didn't know which building to go in to to sign the paperwork and get the keys. There were no signs. I saw two uhaul trucks so I parked by them. A sign would have been a big help.DANA S.

I think he is Indian(which he act like he above others) I'm not prejudice but maybe his is bias. Massive problem with the U Haul mandatory phone photo drivers licences photo. Had to keep trying over and over again, system would not accept photo, would accept signature after terms and conditions read many times. extremely frustrating, what if i did not have a smart phone, what if I had a flip phone? Then I can;t rent a truck! What a dumb systemFRANK S.

Brought truck back with more gas in then when I received the truck, was charged for gas , was kind of pressure to get extra insurance and ask for a receipt when I got back and was told it was done online. That is when you find out they ripped you off for the gasJack H.

I would never go to that location again. Nor would I recommend them. They didn't speak English to be able to communicate. And then I was charged for another day with no explanation. U-Haul is a good company and I normally use another location in Altamonte Springs. This location needs not to represent you. If they continue to I will go to another company when I need a truck. The owner of the store who checked me in and out was not helpful at all! He kept referring me to your customer service number (which was not the correct number). I also think I was over charged for the entire rental. He also charged me for $10 for a $7 dolly rental. I am longtime standing customer with your company for years and this is the worse experience I ever had renting a moving truck! Thankfully the truck and the process went well. The customer service (or lack thereof), I received from store rep Matt was horrific. I called in to simply ask him to verify the location. He quickly put the phone down and proceeded to help a customer which I could hear all the while, with me waiting for 20+ minutes on the other end of the phone. When he still hadn't returned, I hung up and called back. This time before I could get a full sentence in, he put me on hold again and after 2-3 minutes he disconnected the call. I called back and got another person who quickly helped me accordingly. Too bad though, because of employee, Matt, I will never use their storefront to rent a UHAUL vehicle again.Nancy D.
The combinient store owner should go over the contract, before leaving the store. I was renting the equipment for 24 hours. The contract was made for 12 hours without my knowledge. The equipment was assumed stolen. I was willing to pay $20 for 24 hours, $35 for 35 liles, and $15 for insurance. However, I was charged $130 on my card, without my permition or knowledge. I never got a receipt and paying more than expected put me in a bad position with other bills, wich I had to pay late fees. The charge is under despute with my bank. I felt like I was robed while moving. I'm not happy. I never had a problem with U-Haul, until I rented from a conbinient store. ??????efrain F.

Representative/owner was not helpful. When I returned the vehicle I was on time and I told him the vehicle was outside could he have someone check it. I had a couple of empty boxes in the back of the vehicle and could I wait until my ride arrived. He told me don't worry I know you are here, but then he charged me for an extra day because it looked like I was 30 minutes late with the vehicle. The vehicle was parked and I was standing in front of his shop. Would not recommend him to anyone, because he is deceitful!Maxine M.
