Vacant building.. had a difficult time getting code for key box..arrived at location on time to the abandoned Building..2 hours later someone for u haul main office finally sent the code to the lock box...trucks were not sanitized, they we used broken down trucks...u haul needs to close this place down...be Aware of uhaul trucks by independent companies ..smhDenise H.

I rented the truck the AC didn't work the truck shook the whole drive I ordered 2 appliance dollies only got 1 and the truck was on Empty the clerk said I needed to go straight to the gas station then proceeded to say if I fill the truck up they would give me a discount or just return the truck how I received it. So I brought it back empty and I was charged a fuel surcharge. I was charged a lot of hidden fees when I returned the truck it was an additional $16 in charges for what I don't know. I rented a truck previously from a different location same size truck none of the fees I have both invoices and would like to know why. Can some please contact me ASAP I waited on hold for over an hour waiting on customer service. Is this how customers are treated?Johnathon T.

Truck was not well maintained. Clerk reported inaccurate miles and fuel level. For 7 miles of drive, I had to put 10$ worth of fuel in order to, match the reported level of fuel. Thanks. Other than this all services were excellent and my experience was stress free.Azhar-Rehmani S.

Upon arrive to a house I received a code to obtain the key in the cargo. Upon going to the back of the truck. Was a huge viscous DOG chained to a post Barking and attempting to attack me. The guy at the counter took a photo of my credit card & I.D. with his cell phone and a few days later my credit card was used to make fraudulent purchases. It's a card I never use, I only used it at the u-haul rental location on West Warren in Detroit so it's obvious who stole my information. I've alerted the authorities & my credit card company and they will get to the bottom of the matter an I will prosecute the people involved. So, no my experience with you guys was not a good one. 24/7 ride share is supposed to be easy but was very difficult. Three different workers had to fix the issue before I could receive the truck. Then the truck was blocked in by another truck that was reportedly â€œnot on the lotâ€.Jamice H.
I would not send my worst enemy to this place. I parked the truck only to find out this was not a manned site. The sign on the door indicated hours but nobody was there and door was locked. Big Mean Vicious Dog in the back scared me to death!! If he was not chained up I would not be typing this right now. This should be not be an approved drop off site!!!Michael R.

The location was a bit scary, there was a dog chained up outside that barked at us. The owner was friendly and helpful in detaching the trailer from my vehicle. I'm really disappointed at the return policy because I wanted to drop off at a location in La Vergne TN instead of Franklin bacause I pointed that out to the guy in Detroit & he said he was going to put anywhere drop off instead of Franklin. He did not so I had to pay an extra $35 to take Uber to pick up my vehicle from La Vergne where my mechanic's shop is - reason I wanted it dropped off at La Vergne in the first place when I realized Franklin was not a smart drop off location for me. The guy I spoke with on the phone wasn't very helpful and wasn't trying to help and listen to my complaint and how I was told one thing and got something completely different costing me money & inconveniences. If I knew that wasn't possible I would have cancelled the order & find another alternative.Bayo A.
