Reserved a 26' truck. Received a call the night before that it was not available. Service person was very unpleasant and not helpful. She sent us to a different location and received an email confirming that a 26' truck would be available for us at new location. Showed up and it was not available there or anywhere else. We were given a 10' truck instead. Increased our trips immensely and wasted a lot of time. Service was poor. Line was out the door. When I asked if he was working alone he said his other coworker was late. Very disappointed. Hired movers through uhaul. They were also an hour late. Created a lot of unnecessary stress on already a difficult day. Will never use uhaul again. Shocked at the lack of service and communication.

Associate was not helpful. I walked in the get a cargo van, was told that I could not get one due to a morning reservation. I proceeded to leave and checked online and was allowed to make the reservation online. When I went back into the store the same associate told me that he couldn't honor the reservation, then when I pushed back he allowed me to complete the rental. I then asked about a bitch installation and was told that I had to make the appointment online and that it could not be made on store. The associate then told me to call to make the appointment. Truck did not look clean and had dirty napkins in the front cap and dried bird Poop on the windshield. The cargo area was not swept and sanitized. Terrible location.

Had to wait 15 minutes for the truck to be cleaned at pick up at 7:00AM. A more prompt truck pick-up would have been nice, but overall a good experience.

Facility lost power for 5 days trapping our Uboxes there. I know this is out of everyone's control, but the extra month I was charged for 2 boxes to be stored was in their control. Poor customer service.

I did the mobile check-in, which I thought would be in lieu of me having to go inside. After the many steps it took me online, turns out i had to go inside the whole time, which took away from the efficiency of it. I would have liked to have known this prior to. I do give credit to the employee managing the desk because he multi-tasked with me and another customer and got me out quickly!

To not provide recent drop off trucks to especially customers whom are moving out of state, this dangerous and its detrimental to the well beings of human lives. I specifically asked the guy if the truck had been maintenanced and we informed of Some tires to not looK so great. The refusal to provide my family with a safer truck is what did it for me! I clearly informed that if something should happen to I or my family due to failure to ensure our safety, he will be held accountable for his actions. I have preserved photos, recordings, documentation, videos for my records Of this horrible and unsafe experience for I and my family. I contacted Uhaul to inform that the truck needed a tow and was denied a tow yet approved for tire changes that should have been done by Uhaul's tire company the day of the blow out yet Uhaul's UNreasonable policy isn't too correct only the problem as it exist and even tho the guy saw two additional tires that needed changing one more being in the Process of tearing or splitting as he stated, Uhaul only stated to fix the blow out tire which was wrong! Having to drive 151 more miles from SC to Georgia was further an unsafe situation to deal with. My family member whom drove the truck informed me that the truck needed a tow because it was wavering on him after the blowout, I had my daughter call him after we had gotten into the truck to drive it to Uhaul for return to find this out where food the truck was towed I would not have been in further danger then that if whT BALTIMORE HAD PLACED I AND MY FAMILY IN! So yes the truck did need a tow a tow that was denied and refused as the refusal of an operating truck with better tires from Baltimore we were half stepped on from the beginning of renting the truck and this should NOT BE TOLERATED PUTTING THE LIVES OF OTHERS IN DANGER!!!!! Further unprofessionalism existed is when PHYLLIS from toeing not only denied the tow but she failed to contact me as she stated she would do so on your recorded line, to inform when the tow service would be arriving, knowing the location in Georgia closes at 7p , the necessity of a tow denied, I was forced to put my life in danger and my daughters and drove it to the return location with the truck wavering , bad tires, and feeling totally unsafe as this is wrong! I am in literal disgust , disbelief of my total experience with our move from Michigan to GEORGIA to be provided a truck that was not safe to drive, the towing service to be forced to only repair the blown out tire and not thee others that were also unsafe to drive on, then to further add danger unto I and my kids a tow was not granted as the blowout created the wavering of the truck per my family member whom drove the truck for me from Michigan to Georgia! The attitude of the lady in Arizonia was horribleit was after I had taken off yesterday to drive the truck in that the tow guy called to inform he was on his way for the failure of PHYLLIS TO DO SO ADDED EVEN FURTHER FRUSTRATION AND UNSAFE MATTERS TO MY SITUATION AS I AM REQUESTING THAT DUE TO THe SERIOUSNESS OF THIS MATTER: I am seeking a full refund of my payment in thee amount of 948.00 THE MATTER WORSENED IT NEVER GOT BETTER AND THIS IS SAD/ ITS RIDICULOUS! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO NOT ENDURE THE SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS IS A VERY SERIOUS ACT AS THIS IS WHY I HAVE PRESERVED ALL MY EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THIS BEHAVIOR BY THE UHAUL EMPLOYEES WHOM I ENCOUNTERED RATHER IN PETSON OR BY PHONE FOR ANY REASON INVOLVING MY CONTRACT AND COULD HAVE BETTER THE SITUATION AND IR ELIMINATED THE SITUATION FROM THE START- BUT FAILED TO DO SO HAVING ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF I AND MY FAMILY. When I made my reservation, I made it for a location near the hotel were I was staying. It was right across the street. Then the day before I was to pick it up I was told I had to go to another location which was further away. I just wish I would have been notified when I made the reservation that I would not be able to pick it up at that location.

Overall the experience went well. The only hiccup was that they were put of 7 pin adapters. Not a huge deal, but having to drive 15 mins down the road to Home Depot in Detroit wasn't the most fun. Customer service was great.
