When I arrived there were several people waiting and only two sales representatives, and the same employees at the counter also had to take their respective clients outside to pick up the vehicle. Maybe have another employee assigned to going outside to retrieve the vehicle to make the line move quicker.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had from any company in my entire life, and I’ll never do business with U-haul again!! I reserved a 26 foot truckl, and got 20 foot truck when I arrived.. called 7 mile Vandyke location as was told they had 26 foot truck and I rushed there before they closed and they had no truck.. I ended up reserving truck back at original location which was 20 foot truck.. in closing my move was delayed by two hours, and 3 hours increase in moving time. Never again will I use U-Haul!!!!!!

Your employees and customer service are great, but your truck booking system and card security access system needs serious improvement. Faulty security cards and having a truck for which I had a confirmed reservation overbooked, cost me an extra hour in moving fee totaling $75.

I reserved a truck for 12p and when I showed up it was not there they had nothing available. Was told at 1230p it was 'on its way back' to come back in an hour. Came back at 2p and it still was not there. Was told they were overbooked. What is the point of having a reservation system if they're just going to overbook and not have a truck available. They luckily ended up having one bigger truck available to give me then tried to charge me the rate for the bigger truck. Excuse me no are you a person why would you think this is okay? Extremely dissatisfied U-Haul would allow reservations for equipment that isn't available.

I don't know what you can do to improve this location but the Joy Road location needs a whole lot of improvement I would never recommend anyone to the Joy Road U-Haul service thank you very much for being able to accommodate us due to the error of Joy Road location it really sent my blood pressure through the roof to get a last minute call that they couldn't accommodate us and the Baltimore location really was a blessing to have the 26-foot truck that we need it thank you thank you thank you

There needs to be a clear and concise explanation of the bill. Insurance was added without my request. I would have added Insurance anyway however I felt as though it was required. I wasn't sure until I asked specifically when he told me it wasn't. The problem comes in with this issue because I paid the bill before that was understood. In other words I could have very well prefered not to add the insurance. The decision feels like it was taken from me.
