Joyce MWhen I got into the vehicle, the check engine light was on, and the tank was not full. I had to drive the vehicle to another UHAUL to swap, and that took 2 hours. I had to move state to state and had appointments that I had to cancel because of the inconvenience. Also, my card was charged multiple times in the amount of the rental, which caused me to max out my credit card, so I have not been able to use my credit card for other important purchases.
Danielle SNo extra forms at the time of pickup. You wasted my time and I was on a tight schedule. The whole point of reservation is to make the experience quicker and more efficient. I had to verify contact and employer info at the time of pick up. That was subpar and inefficient
