We rented a 15' U Haul truck twice in the last two weeks and both times were beyond pleased with the service itself, the condition of both trucks and ease of pick up and return process. I will say that the app U-Haul has you use to take before and after pictures doesn't really work. In our case the owner took care of it himself and made it super easy for us. Thanks for the great experience.

James AThe truck could have used a washing. The person that rented it to me said that my son’s license had to be scanned and uploaded or he couldn’t drive my truck. I was upset and called Uhaul and they said it was not necessary because I was the insurer. I was upset because I had already added him as an extra driver. I called Uhaul and reassured me everything would be fine. When a person is moving they certainly don’t need that extra stress thrown in at the last minute.
Beth SEverything was perfect through One Powersports. Very nice people and great customer service! U-Haul's app would not function and would not allow for submittion of an after hours return notification nor photos of the returned item. Follow on corrective action was not available/clear via the app nor in the U-Haul contract.

Rachel EI was able to search for exactly what I needed, (a motorcycle trailer).. I was able to reserve it from a very close u-haul location. They had everything ready to go. It was a last minute need that I had, and I was limited by time, so to be able to get it done quickly was very helpful. From start to finish- everything went smooth and without any issues. I was so pleased to not have to run around and then wait for a bunch of paperwork etc .. Thank you so much!! I appreciate the work you have done to stream line the whole process. Great job!
Charles HProvide a way and accessories to secure the cargo from sliding and banking all over inside the cargo hold. Straps with adjustable metal hooks to secure cargo/Appliances to a security bar.
Paul TI had a several problems with U-Haul but not with this specific location. The local dealer actually did contact me directly to resolve the issue.
