The trailer had a defective door. It took 2 people to open the door. Beyond Extremely Frustrating! Did anyone inspect the door prior to renting to us? Initial engagement with One Power was good however, the trailer door was awful to deal with!

RONALD BIt rained shortly after I picked up the truck. It turns out that one of the previous renters most have ignored the 11 foot clearance warnings and scraped the top of the truck, which allowed the rain to drop into the truck. I fastened a tarp over the truck which allowed me to keep the contents dry. By the time I was done loading the rain stopped, I removed the tarp, and I was on my way.
