RONALD BIt rained shortly after I picked up the truck. It turns out that one of the previous renters most have ignored the 11 foot clearance warnings and scraped the top of the truck, which allowed the rain to drop into the truck. I fastened a tarp over the truck which allowed me to keep the contents dry. By the time I was done loading the rain stopped, I removed the tarp, and I was on my way.

DANIEL MWe rented a 15' U Haul truck twice in the last two weeks and both times were beyond pleased with the service itself, the condition of both trucks and ease of pick up and return process. I will say that the app U-Haul has you use to take before and after pictures doesn't really work. In our case the owner took care of it himself and made it super easy for us. Thanks for the great experience.
