My estimate was $74. You charged me a total of $102. I traveled less than my estimated miles. It should have been less than $74. I will never use uhaul again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey issue is we had to go an our out of our way to get the trailer, but that has nothing to do with the pick up point. I was surprised that by Milkwaukee, WI there wasn't a trailer available closer to our destination. Overall, the pick up place was excellent to work with.
Waynne BDid mobile return so did not interact with personnel
Jacqueline SVery nice people
KEVIN MThe trailer had a defective door. It took 2 people to open the door. Beyond Extremely Frustrating! Did anyone inspect the door prior to renting to us? Initial engagement with One Power was good however, the trailer door was awful to deal with!
