The truck experienced a couple of technical issue enroute. The MIL light is on and the "service" light cam on after what felt like a transmission issue. I began monitoring the trans temp and this occurred when the temperature hit 207f. I was pulling a near fully loaded car trailer with about 4000 lbs on it, plus the truck was completely full to the ceiling. Seems to me I should have been asked if I had experienced any issues when I turned in the equipment. Just helpful feedback.

JOhn MI scheduled a counter pick up at a different location. The day before I received a message that the location had changed. When I arrived at the new location no one was there. I had to use the online pick up, which took a long time. I was not happy that what I had scheduled was changed at the last minute.

Mary SNo one available at location for assistance. Wrong truck and keys. The U-Haul app was slow and uncooperative. By the time I finally got keys and a truck to match I was so angry from lack of service or assistance that I vowed to never, ever use U-Haul again
