I scheduled a counter pick up at a different location. The day before I received a message that the location had changed. When I arrived at the new location no one was there. I had to use the online pick up, which took a long time. I was not happy that what I had scheduled was changed at the last minute.

Mary SNo one available at location for assistance. Wrong truck and keys. The U-Haul app was slow and uncooperative. By the time I finally got keys and a truck to match I was so angry from lack of service or assistance that I vowed to never, ever use U-Haul again
