Vehicle covered in snow, no help offered to clean off. Pick up put us one hour behind. Drop off was no problem.

Lam TWas very hard to navigate. It wasn’t as “simple” as explained. Took over 45 minutes to pickup my U-Haul and if it wasn’t for the store owner we wouldn’t have gotten into our U-Haul. I never received a proper code through U-Haul. The store owner had to provide. Was hung up on by U-Haul. Very disappointed with the U-Haul experience. Will probably never go through a neighborhood dealer again.
brianne gThe location isn’t as much of an issue as the online self pick up of the truck , came at 9am to pick up the truck only to be able to finally leave at 10am after 45 min of pure pain and frustration to get everything approved to receive the passcode for the lock (getting two contact people that would answer the phone ) just ridiculous … based on my history in the past 3 years to date I have rented well over 50 times uhaul providing moving services so to say the least , it isn’t my first time dealing with issues with uhaul but this one sure was the cherry on top . Will avoid online pick up of trucks at all costs from now on .
