The location for the pick up was GREAT, I had no issues. The people who are in charge of scheduling suck. I wasn't notified that they changed the pick up location when I got to the store I was supposed to pick up from. The gentleman at the store showed me I didn't have a uhaul booked through that location. Upon calling customer service, I was told that the pick up location was changed on me. I was not notified. Screwed me over to getting the 20 foot unit I needed. Couldn't even get my stuff done in one load. I couldn't afford to drive it back and forth again because of the insane amount of 0.99 cents a KM. Won't be using Uhaul for truck rental again.

jordan hI was over charged by 1 day rental and 1 day insurance also the fuel consumption was accurate I filled it to the amount it was at on pick up! Over charged 29.95 +16$ + 28.00 fuel = 74$ plus gst 3.70 Approx 78.00 pick up was slow the rental was cancelled and rebooked and cancelled by U-Haul waited 2 hrs almost for the truck which delayed the move! I put in an alternate payment and they haven’t used it in instead they continue to try to charge my Mastercard which is declined that’s why I added the alternate payment !!! Complete Joke
