Len HI called UHaul on Saturday morning to request another day, I was told by Barbara that it would be due Sunday and it would be $40. I received an email that the truck wasn't due till Monday, when I returned it, I was charged an additional $106. When I rented the truck I requested to drop it off in Woodville TX, I received an email to return the truck to Zavalla, TX, which is about 10 miles further away, and you people charged ME for the extra mileage.

Grady CI dropped this unit off early in Zavala Texas and no one answers the phone and no one was present at this location. A friend of mine tried to rent a unit from Zavala Texas and never had anybody return his call so he went to a different location

FRANKLIN CNew dealer....all "paperwork" on completed over the phone with his wife...not even at the location....drop off point assigned does not even accept trailer...when I made the reservation, I said NO insurance...I was charged $25 for Safe Tow....they are a new dealer, but if you want to work in this field, please learn the complete process....the rental contract was NOT completed at rental location....lots of issues with the return....was promised a "free day" at the rental location....this did not happen.
