The overall process is difficult and too much. It’s time consuming and it takes time off your rental. It took them an additional 40 minutes to take care of everything. If they can get the people go do everything ahead of arriving to the site, they could do contact and employment verification instead of holding the user up. I hope I don’t need a U-Haul anytime soon because it was to much money and not user friendly and this coming from someone with post graduate education.
