Uhaul changed my pickup location. I needed to pick up my truck to move theater scenery for my school and I needed it at 7:00 am. Uhaul changed my location to one that didn't open until 8 am. I asked if I could still pick it up at 7 and was treasured that yes, I would be able to. I got to the location at 7. The place was locked up. There was a lockbox and but no code. I called uhaul. We tried three videos and it got me into the lockbox, but no key inside. I had to wait until 8am. 8am came and went. The store didn't open until almost 8:30 when the owner got there and opened up. I'll try another truck rental next time. This is the third time I've been inconvenienced by uhaul.
