Location was way out of the way making pu and drop off not ideal. U haul worked with me on the price and was very fair . Location was ok people were nice had to check in and out with app though which added time

It was a gas station (7 -11 type) attendants were not overly knowledgeable but checked us in just fine. We had returned the trailer early and needed to contact customer service to receive the appropriate resolution....all was handled :)
Larry DYour reservation process is 100% the problem. Months ago i reserved the equipment at one location, only to get a call hours before i was to pick it up and was told that if i wanted to rent Uhaul equipment i would need to drive 75 miles in the opposite direction of where i needed to go just to pay the same price to get the equipment. All of my travel plans hinged around getting the Uhaul equipment and was totally upended by the extra travel. If your reservation website was better it would exclude those sites that do not have equipment that is rentable for a one way trip. I did call the place i originally booked the Uhaul equipment, they indicated that they rented the last one-way piece of equipment the day before. essentially giving away my reserved equipment. Totally unacceptable.
Brian KAgain as noted above, I was speaking of both places, because they both both where we got the truck and where we dropped it off were a plus in their handling of people.And equipment very good work
Jude CRun down place. Truck only had 186 miles left in the gas tank and this happened to be a gas station location p/u. Process took too long, lots of confusion amongst employees. Original p/u location didnt have our truck despite reservation made more than 6 weeks in advance. We had to drive during move process to get the moving truck - unacceptable.
