Run down place. Truck only had 186 miles left in the gas tank and this happened to be a gas station location p/u. Process took too long, lots of confusion amongst employees. Original p/u location didnt have our truck despite reservation made more than 6 weeks in advance. We had to drive during move process to get the moving truck - unacceptable.
