The truck wasn't the cleanest but the service was very good. Very approachable staff member with a warm engaging personality. There may be a glitch in the booking system that caused some trouble with the return but it was not the young ladies fault at all. She did everything she was supposed to.

I had the most amazing experience at the One Stop Esso. There was some confusion over the return of the trucks I rented. Jay was so very helpful, kind and fixed the issue I was having. The woman that was also there, I believe may have been his mom, made me feel welcome and chatted with me while Jay worked to fix the issues with the bookings. I am so pleased with the service. I feel like I have new friends now! I will return to buy gas or shop as much as I possibly can. The people there have a real sense of community and my experience with them was a reminder why I love Muskoka so much. Thank x a million!

Bob KThe rental contract came with 132 miles, the location claimed that it only has 112 miles and went ahead and charged me for overage. They could’ve just reviewed the contract before they do this. Now they have to process a refund. A great waste of time for everybody.

Michael KEnsure that the trailers are operational and ready to go, especially when you know a customer has requested the rental several days in advance. Also, ensure when accoutrements are requested they are available.

Philip NGreat quality utility trailer. Indie the U-Haul manager processed everything very professionally and even changed the 4 wire trailer lighting. Would definitely use this rental location again.

Jan HDidn’t feel comfortable leaving trailer there. Lady would not even come out from behind counter . I would have preferred to use skyways motel as drop off but could not they said . I will never use this location again for pickup or delivery.
T-MURRAY MOnly recommendation is this needs to come up on the system as a drop off location option. It was very confusing on the computer when I booked and when I picked it up and asked for this drop off. It’s an excellent location. That’s all.
