The rental contract came with 132 miles, the location claimed that it only has 112 miles and went ahead and charged me for overage. They could’ve just reviewed the contract before they do this. Now they have to process a refund. A great waste of time for everybody.

Michael KEnsure that the trailers are operational and ready to go, especially when you know a customer has requested the rental several days in advance. Also, ensure when accoutrements are requested they are available.
