The person that helped us was very helpful. I recommend him. The truck was not left in great condition and he cleaned it prior to us renting the truck.

Aidan WThe truck wasn't the cleanest but the service was very good. Very approachable staff member with a warm engaging personality. There may be a glitch in the booking system that caused some trouble with the return but it was not the young ladies fault at all. She did everything she was supposed to.
Laura OI had the most amazing experience at the One Stop Esso. There was some confusion over the return of the trucks I rented. Jay was so very helpful, kind and fixed the issue I was having. The woman that was also there, I believe may have been his mom, made me feel welcome and chatted with me while Jay worked to fix the issues with the bookings. I am so pleased with the service. I feel like I have new friends now! I will return to buy gas or shop as much as I possibly can. The people there have a real sense of community and my experience with them was a reminder why I love Muskoka so much. Thank x a million!
