It rained when we were moving. The uhaul leaked water onto my furniture and mattress. Stained my mattress orange. Other than that it was helped us a lot.Maggie A.

The lady that checked me in was friendly and courteous but uhaul really needs to update their trucks and computer. The computer crashed and I was delayed. When we went back, it crashed again. I lost almost 3 hours that I could have been loading the truck. I will search other companies before I rent from u-haul again.glenda B.

Everything went well with the moving of my son's belonging to Austin, Tx.. But what was upsetting is when I was trying to return the truck to the location they wouldn't accept it. I call the afterhours number, talk with a representative and was instructed to google a location on my phone. DIDN'T feel comfortable with being told that in conversation. Expected more help & direction. Locations of return need to be updated!Carolyn B.

Have clear instructions on where your reservation is, so pick up is an easy process. Also a better way to manage the gas, seeing as I put more gas in that the vehicle had when I picked it up and still was charged for a gallon of gas.amanda M.

Was suppose to pick up in temple. Was told no reservation. Lost 2hours having to go to another location. Then the handle got jammed in the roof after we had loaded it and it took us an hour to get the door down. Then our movers backed out onus twice. There was not a U HAUL truck available at first, but they did everything possible to get us what we needed when we needed it. They were able to work with our schedules and change the reservation as needed to accommodate us. I really appreciate everything!!! A n excellent experience!!!Teri Beth A.
Called to confirm they close at 6pm. Arrived at 5:40, a full day early. Gate was closed. Attendant on inside of gate asked what we wanted. Seemed upset she had to open gate and check us in. Saw, and mentioned we opted out of the insurance. Began questioning 'all these scratches' implying we had caused them. We told her they were all there already and had been marked. She chose to drop that issue, but found cause to charge us for $15 in fuel, because it 'just 'wasn't quite up to 3/4 tank.' After a $590 rental returned a day earlier, it seems a $15 judgmental call from a disgruntled attendant is not what I would call 'customer friendly'. I use your trucks to deliver my cabinets to out of town jobsites. I will continue to use your company, but I will never return at this location again. Not impressed.TOM D.

I was charged for mileage at X amount, as soon as I rounded the corner of the block it hit the next full mile on the odometer. I recommend you look at your odometers first and put in the tenth of a mile in the system. Also, when I am quoted a price for equipment...I expect to pay that price...not something higher...25 dollars higher. Corporate office can feel free to contact me for further details.jon P.
