Parking lot was a small urban grocery store; difficult to navigate with a 26' truck. They didn't have the packaging pads that I reserved. Truck was dirty. Took more than an hour to get keys.

Location employees were kind but did not come out and do a walk around to make sure trailor was fully functional or have any other issues. I hooked up myself and drove away after giving it a walk around myself.
