Location employees were kind but did not come out and do a walk around to make sure trailor was fully functional or have any other issues. I hooked up myself and drove away after giving it a walk around myself.

Equipment wasn’t there when pickup time requested. Clean the vehicles before customer transfer. Have a representative available on site when requested pickup time
