The store time listed on this site’s website said the store was open until 5p. Actually was only open until 3p. Felt uncomfortable leaving the trailer. When leaving saw a person leaving the business and told them about the trailer.

Keith EI have rented U-Haul vehicles numerous times, but never have I felt more welcomed and appreciated than when I returned this truck. They were most courteous and helpful, and truly made me day a bit brighter, simply by their attitudes and kindness.

rita nWell first off if someone rents equipment have it in the truck cargo hold and not make someone have to call other locations to find equipment that i should have had ready. 2nd you app would not let me finalize checking in so i could so anything i found wrong with the truck or even verify gas level. 3rd went to call and was put on hold. So i had to pay 100s of dollars just to go find my own equipment that should have been ready with my truck and felt like i was a burden when i was already dealing with enough since my fiancé is pregnant and could not help so it took me even longer to get things done

Kristy WEmployee adamant I purchase a trailer light hookup before rental. Website claims trailer light hookup available for rent. I went and purchased trailer light hookup at local auto parts store. Only to find out trailer I rented already had the trailer light hookup.

Michael RIt took a while to get all the information to download and the truck had something sticky spilled all over the floor. I’ve used uhaul quite a lot and I would much rather talk to someone in person instead of online.

Pamela PI booked my truck in person at Legacy Auto and Uhaul moved my pickup to a different location. Took over an hour to navigate the inefficiencies of the system.
Douglas CDropped off on a Sunday, was on hold 20 minutes waiting for assistance, was told to check in online even though was on the phone. Unable to load website because of poor signal. Called back, on hold for 15 minutes, rep I spoke with Nubia Aldaba, told me to take photos of dash, cab, and cargo area and send to email address she provided. I did as instructed within 1 hour when I had a strong enough signal to use my phone. Never got a response until the following day which was a charge for LATE drop off! Called again, on hold again, told rep what happened and she states she cannot do anything because she is in Arizona and I’m in Kentucky. She told me someone would get back with me “as soon as possible” which never happened. Also sent another email and of course no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Rude unhelpful reps, a joke trying to reach someone by phone. Why would they not take care of check in when your on the phone with them? No, go to the website that you can’t access when you’re in an area of poor reception, call back and be on hold forever, only to get NO RESPONSE and charged EXTRA for pathetic customer service. Will never use again!

ROBERT TI'd prefer not to have the blankets and dolly in the truck when I didn't request them.. Took up minimal space, but enough that I had to disassemble a piece of furniture and move it in my car.
DEBBIE CThey are charging me for gas even though I picked the truck up at 1/2 a tank instead of a full tank. So the person who rented it to me told me to bring it back at a half a tank of gas. I better be getting a refund for the 56.25 of extra money they charged me this is ridiculous. Watch your bank account take pictures of gas before and gas after you fill it up to where it was at.
