As far as the question is concerned, I would recommend the location certainly However, I need to back up I wanted to go to the location on mineral King that is where my reservation was 20 minutes before the pick up time I was sent a message via text that said my pick up location had been erroneously changed to the one on Ben Maddox. Very nice people by the way and working with very little support from U-Haul I went there. They had my box truck with no problem. However, they had no furniture pads or a hand cart. In fact, they had very little at all besides the trucks and the trailers. I had to go to a different store for that. In fact, I had to go to the store. I originally reserved my truck from. I attempted to go to a different store in between and was literally laughed out of the store on Burke and told I had to go to the store on mineral King. Like I was stupid I did and the very nice lady, I believe her name was Vanessa, not only gave me my hand cart and my furniture pads, but comped me a cover for my daughter‘s queen size mattress She also noted that the inside of the truck was terribly dirty and took photographs of it She also confirmed with me that she had plenty of 10 foot box trucks available for rental and had no idea why I was moved to the Ben Maddox Store The entire time I took to get the truck and the other accessories to start my trip up to Fresno to move my daughter out of her apartment was about 45 minutes when it should’ve taken 15 I anticipate I will never hear from you guys again about this and you will not make any attempt to correct any of these issues. That is sad You can check your records I’ve used U-Haul a number of times. I know that there are other rental companies out there. And I promise you I will use them when I move my daughter down to Los Angeles to college and any other moves I make in the future

We originally was referred to a uhaul on mineral king by Andy at the uhaul on Main st (honestly he wasn’t very smart he didn’t know a 3500 dually could pull the 6x12 pull trailer,) supposably made a reservation at the mineral king store and I paid him, there wasn’t a teservationnn thank god for the lady there sent us to Orosco tire. Would not recommend Andy but would recommend Orosco tire.
Larry MI had a blow out, tires are in poor shape and not road worthy. The trailer brake are in poor functional condition, very unsafe.

VERONICA ROrosi Tire was professional and quick. The equipment was in good order and had good tires. U-Haul, on the other hand did not provide me a trailer as reserved near my home. Nor could they provide a trailer even close to my home as promised. And the personnel on the phone were rather indifferent to your failure. I had also pre-rental inspected local equipment to find it in poor condition with illegal bald tires. When I asked if they were going to be corrected prior to renting, the lady there laughed. Your Orosi location was very responsive, your call center was cold and indifferent,

BRIAN HTruck dirty. Not clean in box. Paperwork of previous contract left in cab. Tripping hazard to walk in office hose tangled on floor. Office staff not versed on uhaul program. He would not listen to my drop off location. Said he couldn’t find it and picked a random location.
