It was just a drop off location without any personnel. So not much to say here.

I rented a one-way rental, with significant damage on the top of the passenger side . I received a call in regards to a missing dolly and damage , which I clearly took pictures of . One way rentals tend to be sent with damage so a different location has to deal with the drama of having to file claims/fix equipment. In my case I was the lucky one who is now dealing with this. Images are showing when picked up it clearly was damaged .

ROGER BWhen I picked up the truck it was missing the dolly and furniture blankets, had to go to different location to pick them up.
MARY MI was charged for 3/4 of a tank when the Gas on the truck was at 1/4??? Then the guy said he was gonna fix it and never did. Had to call customer support to report the issue. Waiting on results
ESDRAS EDrop off location on San Pablo is not safe. I rented a u haul 2 weeks ago and was told I would be reimbursed for gas since I returned it with way more gas than what was required. Never returned a refund. Returned today’s u haul with slightly less gas than what I was supposed to have and my card was immediately charged smh
