We actually reserved in Visalia but because there no available trucks we were rerouted to Hanford. I just really want to shout out the Manager in Visalia U-Haul, I believe her name is Jessica. She went above and beyond to help us get our rental. Many thanks to her, she’s a great asset to your company.

Kaylan DI rented a one-way rental, with significant damage on the top of the passenger side . I received a call in regards to a missing dolly and damage , which I clearly took pictures of . One way rentals tend to be sent with damage so a different location has to deal with the drama of having to file claims/fix equipment. In my case I was the lucky one who is now dealing with this. Images are showing when picked up it clearly was damaged .
