I dropped off a day early with extra gas - they said no paperwork needed. I was charged an additional day. Will never use again or recommend- whole process what a joke.

Rented from this location twice. The first time no issues. The second time when we went into the gas station to pick up the truck the worker at the location was very busy and kept us waiting while he helped customers for his gas station. We were patient as we seen that it was busy. Even though we had a timed rental we figured our time would had been extended. It was not. Brought the truck back exactly at our time limit. Was sent the receipt email shortly after drop off. The next day I had another charge almost doubling the initial cost stating I did not bring that truck back until the next day of the rental. This was a second receipt via email. The mileage also only showed 26miles used as we only did one trip from Elkhart to Goshen back to the gas station drop off location. Which was also roughly the same estimate given at time of pick up that we had stated we’d probably need. I called their gas station with no answer the next day. I definitely do not recommend.

Gabrielle LThey did not have the truck I had reserved to pick up at this location. The clerk was not helpful at all. Finally, after 50 minutes he called someone at U-Haul and upgraded me to a larger truck that they had -- which had the "check engine" light on. If I rent a truck at a specific location, the truck should be there when I go to pick it up. Additionally, the clerk should have been better trained to handle this situation. After looking at other reviews, this is not the first instance of this happening. I would never recommend someone to pick up at this location.

Cory IWhen a customer signs up for one location let them go there. Don't send them to another. I lived only a mile away from the location I choose, instead they sent me to a location about 10 miles away. I was not happy with my service this time. I am sorry I cannot give a Paige review.
Michelle MThey have no return key box outside their business for uhaul. Was on phone with uhaul corporate when the gentleman that was working was yelling and screaming at us. He kept telling us to call uhaul corporate I stated him I already have them on phone and they hear you. As uhaul agent asked me to walk in front of building to look for uhaul return key box two of the gentleman that was working friends came charging at me asking me what I was doing and I told them I have uhaul on phone we are looking for drop of key box. They started yelling at us. The uhaul agent advise us to hand them the key and remove ourselves from the hostile situation. That's what we did. I would never suggest this business. We pay big dollars to rent uhauls for this business to be rude.
