I scheduled everything online and this wasn’t the location I picked. I wanted to pick up in Benton. When I made the reservation online. I choose 8:00. As the time got near I want to change the drop off location and time. The reservation said I would receive a call a day before to confirm everything. No call. Only a text that said all set up. So I called to change the time but forgot to change to dropoff location. To be continued. I wasn’t notified until the day of at the last second that the pick up location had been switched. A little inconvenient.
