JAMES PThe rental company put in my email incorrectly. I could not receive the instructions to unlock the key. So we spent an additional hour on the phone trying to straighten it out. Once we unlocked the truck it smelled like vomit and it would not go away. Will never use U-Haul again.

HUBER OI would never rent u-haul again. Office lied about the fee on milage and added insurance after I had told them ahead of time I did not want insurance as the truck was insured through my insurance company! Added fees that was totally unnecessary and I believe to be illegal. I have never heard tell of a rental agency charging a fee for bringing a vehicle back after the office closed, I thought that is what the drop box for keys were provided for! I do not recommend this office unless all u-haul is operated this way.

Brian BThe dead animal smell in the cabin was horrific. We used the truck because we needed it at that exact moment but I’ve never smelled anything so bad in my life. Had to have the windows down in the pouring rain or we would have been vomiting more than we already had. Also the app was terrible, it was glitchy and kept making me return to the menu after making a selection. The operator at Otto Motorsports was excellent and was able to help me out but I will never again try to rent a U-Haul based on the crappy app experience.

Amy MDidn't like how they charged me an extra $20 after hours service fee when I returned it on 10/13/22 around 1030 in the morning and get a receipt on 10/15 at 832 for a after hours service fee is this how your company works?????

Joe MThe assigned truck didn't have the correct key left in the lockbox. Lock on the box part with no key to open it. Had to wait almost 2 hours for another truck to br assigned. Most of my moving party had to leave. I'll pay more to use Ryder or Penske instead of UHaul again.
JOSEPH HLocation was convenient to our house and drop off was quick. We were under the mileage limits and dropping off early so we were done and on our way back to the house super quick.

BRIAN PDropped off truck after hours, there was no where to park it due to the way they had trailers parked. Had to move a small trailer in order to have room to park the larger truck.
James MVery little cell service (with Verizon) which made it hard to do the mobile 24/7 rental online.
Grace NHave a better return check in. I had to check in after hours, and the return check in process would not allow me the check in. It took me around an hour between trying to use the "app", talking to customer service and using the chat to finally get the person on the chat to add notes and pics that I took. The check in process should take no longer that 5-10 minutes....not an hour. This is completely unacceptable, do better. The next time I need a rental product I will seriously think twice about rental a u-haul product.
Paul OLocation was closed for the next week when I arrived to drop off trailer. Rental was made well in advance so location could have contacted u haul or me to let me know.
Frederick DI dropped off after-hours, so I cannot comment on the location's staff. It seemed all fine and well. I can comment on the new after-hours return procedure, now that U-Haul has eliminated paper returns. Now that everything is online. It was horrific. I cannot express how terrible the online experience is. It was infuriating. Bring back paper return forms! It was bad enough that I little interest renting from U-Haul in the future. It was awful. Bring back paper return forms. If it isn't broken, don't fix it.

MARK RTrailer was great except The ratchets for the straps were rusty and very hard to use had to oil them my self so I could use them Also was not given a pin for the trailer tongue was told by owner that the don’t come with the. So I had to get my own
WILLIAM WI never got a receipt and still am not sure if the unit is showing returned. I was told one would be text to me and I have yet to get a receipt showing this was returned.
