I went to pick up the Uhaul thinking everything would be on the truck only to find out we had no supplies. So I called Uhaul and they said I could go back and get the equipment at the location we got the truck from. When we get there they tell us that they are just starting and they didn’t have Dollie’s and pads. They could have told me this when ordered the truck. Needless to say I would not recommend this location.
Cynthia AThe trailer was very old , decals were peeling off. The brake lights didn’t work! I had to tie wires back together before I could even depart for a 1100 mile road trip. The tire had a crack in it. The door catches every time you roll it up and down! Overall the trailer was junk period!
