The woman who helped me drive off the trailer was rude and unfriendly.
Daniel CThere was one service person to handle the rental of quite a few trucks/vans/trailers. It took more than 30 minutes to pick-up even though I had preregistered and pre-charged. The lot was huge, with a portion of it locked. The service manager had a very difficult time unlocking, then location the trailer. The trailer looked old and decrepit, and had not been so much as swept out (it had remains of a prior move, including an uncovered razor blade. But it DID have nice new tires, so… We rented it on Friday at 4:44pm. The service never mentioned that they would not be open for the return on Saturday (closed at NOON). We had to just unhitch and leave the unlocked/unattended trailer on the grass. I took a walking video around the trailer to prove the condition on returned. I called UHAUL to report that we had returned it and it was sitting there unsecured since I didn’t want to be accused of not returning it, in case it was missing when the place reopened. I marked that I WOULD recommend this location to a friend because of the variety of equipment as well as the incredible convenience to our home.

Nivaldo FThe app is trash, it took 45min for it to load to let us upload pictures. And after it allowed us to upload pictures, they didn’t take. You had to take a photo, hit the back button, then you saw the photo upload. For returning the equipment it worked fine. But your app is garbage.

Connie CI ahd originally placed an order at Winter springs food mart. They had a cargo van. When I arrived they had rented it and I was left with nothing. I looked online Oviedo had 1. I called explained the issue with them they held the van and switched my reservation. She was awesome. I will always use Oviedo auto repair Uhaul feom now on

spencer tA little customer service goes a long way, I arrived to pick up my truck and the owner was sitting in the office no shirt on, he said he was help another person, what he was doing was waiting for a guy to find his own truck so he could hand him paperwork. I get you are helping a guy who isn't in the building, but 15 mins go by before this guy comes back. After he does assist me he hands me the keys and say its a ten ft truck on there, the lot has 10 trucks in it scattered all around this savage yard/repair shop. When I do find my truck it is blocked in. I come back to the office to tell him and he then asked me if im sure. Let's a deep sigh out and gets up begrudgingly, love the full view of plumber crack, after I get my truck he tells me we he doesn't have the dolly I needed only half of them. I asked i can do drop off and he says he would rather I didn't. I said I only need the truck for 4 hours, he sighs again and says if u wanna trust uhaul system there a key drop box outside

Rolando ESimply put, the trailer itself is fine, but the person who manages the site is a despicable human being—disrespectful and truly very rude. I would never rent from this place again. He is supposedly the owner, yet he sets the worst example imaginable. I do not recommend it at all. It is a dump.
