Changed my reservation to a farther distance, 18 miles from the original location so I had to drive additional 36 miles that I did not need to and pay for the milage. Speaking of milage, "I DID NOT DRIVE 75 MILES TOTAL" that I got charged for. Not even 40 miles. My move was only across the street times 2 trips plus 36 miles to pick up and return the truck, not even 40 miles. WHY ARE THEY CHARGING ME 75B MILES???

Don't send a customer out in a truck with the engine light on. Also tried to extend my rental and was told there was no way that could happen.
