Changed my reservation to a farther distance, 18 miles from the original location so I had to drive additional 36 miles that I did not need to and pay for the milage. Speaking of milage, "I DID NOT DRIVE 75 MILES TOTAL" that I got charged for. Not even 40 miles. My move was only across the street times 2 trips plus 36 miles to pick up and return the truck, not even 40 miles. WHY ARE THEY CHARGING ME 75B MILES???

Don't send a customer out in a truck with the engine light on. Also tried to extend my rental and was told there was no way that could happen.
Kenneth JOnly complaint was the pickup location was changed last minute to a location 20 miles away. U-haul did comp the extra miles. Overall a good experience.
