The only downside is the parking location was wet and truck got stuck trying to leave. The staff was very helpful getting it out, a well as doing all the paperwork for the rental.
TIMOTHY FReserved a 10 ft truck for a living room set when got to location at 130 pm on nov 25 2025 they didnt have was offered a 26 ft just to beat the purpose drop off time was 630 the same day dropped truck off around 5some put gas back in the truck at the drop off location was told that i will recieve a recepit 20-30 mins after leaving the store never recieved a email until 11-28-2025 at 10:11 am opened receipt to a suprise they charged me for dropping off the truck on 11-26-2025 at 9:06am which the truck was back on they lot at 5some 11-25-2025 again was told that i will recieve a receipt 20-30 later will never pickup from this location ever again they are bad business

MARILYN HCheck out was amazing! This location has the greatest customer service. Unfortunately, the truck assigned to us, had issues and had to be exchanged in the middle of moving. They did give us more time for truck use, which we were thankful for. The owner of the store was such a big help during the urgent call in with this issue. He went above and beyond by helping transfer the load from one truck to the other.

gustavo cThe terms of rental for a one-way need to be more visible and explained. My contract allowed for a 2-day rental, but I had only selected a one-day, one-way rental. I feel that I was overcharged. The app is a waste of time. You might as well go inside to complete the transaction and hope the person behind the counter can complete the transaction without trying to add services to your bill. Watch out for the fine print, folks!
