Had to get scheduled for four different drop off sites! First one was closed the entire week when I called so called U-Haul to reschedule one that I could drop off on Sunday and the lady set me up with the location in Munford. That location ended up not being open on Sunday either, so called U-Haul again and got it rescheduled for a main location in Oxford. Got to that location and the lady working said they were not taking any one-way trucks they didn’t have room and sent us to a fourth location so I had to call U-Haul again to get the location changed for drop off. No one was working at the fourth location so I ended up having to do the drop off through the app. Pick up went smoothly. The ride and transport went smoothly, but drop-off was a nightmare.

Was charged for damages to n a truck that I did not damage . It had been 3 Days I have not heard from anyone concerning this matter

The pick up process was complicated. When I was finally assigned a truck, that truck was not at the location and the assigned key box was empty. I was finally assigned another truck that was there and I was 1 hour late to my scheduled appointment in Atlanta.
