The pick up process was complicated. When I was finally assigned a truck, that truck was not at the location and the assigned key box was empty. I was finally assigned another truck that was there and I was 1 hour late to my scheduled appointment in Atlanta.

There were no people there. The UHaul app crashed while taking pictures and I drove to a full service unit too confirm that I had checked it back in.
