Although my reservation was at 10:00, no one was at the location when I arrived at 9:50. When I called the number posted on the door, they seemed unaware of my reservation, but said they would send someone over to help me. It took almost a full hour for someone to arrive. My location had already been moved to a town an hour away from my preferred site. So pick-up took 3 hours (an hour there, an hour wait, an hour back), and was extremely frustrating.

Front end is out of alignment. The truck shook and bucked the entire trip. The brakes are almost inoperable. The ABS light was on and braking was very weak. I actually coasted through several intersections. Fortunately there was no cross traffic. The cargo area was dirty with dirt and leaves. In other words, maintain your equipment before people get hurt. Unsatisfactory Uhaul experience.
