U haul in Alfred refused to rent me for 2 days. Cancelled my reservation , and I booked on line For 2 days in Hawkesbury. When we arrived to the location , no truck was available (20 feet . ) There was only a 26 feet . Ihad a conformation number and no truck . Very poor quality service at both locations … refused to rent me the truck at the same price as my reservation for a 20 feet specified # 75066142… … will not recommend this company ever … worst service ever

Naeem from the Mobil in Hawkesbury was a pleasure to deal with. He was proffesional and pleasant. I was late bringing the trailer back and there was a client waiting for it. Good guy👍

It took too long to complete the reservation in advance with the agent directly in their outlet. It also took far too long to actually complete the pickup process in the outlet. Otherwise satisfactory rental. Good value.

My experience was very good overall. There was one BIG issue though. There is also a very large U-Haul directly across the street, and it appears to be the only one when you arrive using gps. I wasted over an hour then due to this confusion.

No issue with the truck, HOWEVER. They did not have any dollies or moving blankets, despite the option being available upon reservation online and they likely would have charged me for it had I not noticed the charges on my bill. Call to see if they have the equipment you need, because it's quite frustrating to show up and not have any of the extra stuff you thought you were getting to facilitate your move. If all you need is a truck, disregard the above.

I really can't think of any way this location can improve their services/equipment. I will definitely rent from this location again the next time I need to collect a shipment for my company.
