Agent could not/would not read fuel gage correctly and tried to make me pay for fuel. The truck was returned with MORE gas than it had at pickup. Also, Agent made me stand and wait while customer after customer was taken care of, long after I had arrived. His store was more important than my truck return. Had to drive 20 miles out of my way to accommodate his needs (having the truck already rented to someone else) instead of being able to drop it 5.8 miles from my home. Terrible experience. This is documented with uhaul per my calls
