Trailer had bad tire, store owner could barely speak English. I also did not select safe tow for 25.00, agreed to the warning about me being responsible for damages, then surprise when I get my re eipt I was billed 25.00 for that insurance.

It took many tries to get the link to accept my drivers license pictures. The clerk wasn’t much help but we finally got it to work. There was no one to help with the hookup other than to take pictures.
Gary BI was asked to hook up the trailer myself! I informed the guy I was pregnant and couldn’t pick it it! and then I was told I had to wait for a customer to come into the store so they could hook it up for me! Very disappointed with this location.
