Lakysha MIt took an hour to drop off our truck. No sense of urgency or mindfulness of the customer's time. I was the only person there. I had 2 questions regarding what was owed and a separate reservation that the worker took 20 minutes on each question only to not provide an answer. I had to make a call Uhaul myself to get the information needed. Kind, but incompetent. Could not even RETURN a dozen pads here without a 20 minute phone call to her regional. Will never use Uhaul again.
Caleb WYou need to add your Dollies to your computer inventory. I rented a truck and appliance dolly on line. The day before the rental I as told now dolly was available at that location. They called one other location to check their inventory but they did not have one either. It them Became my responsible for finding my own dolly despite's making a reservation for one. Had to call 4 or 5 locations in another city to find one.

I also should warn everyone that the mileage estimations are EXTREMELY tight and really not an accurate representation of the mileage required for the trip so that extra mileage charges will accrue and at $1/mile, believe me this adds up...... Rent from PENSKE.... they have unlimited miles for essentially the same price rental. UNLIMITED..... the Uhaul approach of not really allowing enough mileage for the quotation given is a BAIT AND SWitCH technique , and the overall rental may cost the unwary consumer substantially more.... in my case it was only $10, but I can envision where the unwitting consumer may get hit with substantial overage charges... RENT FROM PENSKE>>>> their commitment is firmer.

Royal HHorrible check in (waited 45 mins for someone to come, no one was there). The add-ons I purchased (furniture pads and furniture dolly), they did not even have on the site. Frustrating to say the least!
Alexis PWe were held up for 2 HOURS because of employee negligence. UHaul caused us to be those 2 hours late to our destination therefore losing the bid on the equipment we were travelling for and STILL wants to charge us $700. Because they were unable to provide an on time service, we made a 10 hour trip for nothing AND lost the equipment we searched for weeks to find. Not to mention the truck was extremely dirty and the drive was extremely shaky. We were at our pick up location 15 minutes early and on a strict time line. Unfortunately, UHaul treated us as disposable. We want a refund and for UHaul to drop these charges.

Lakeisha MThe vehicle was not clean at all. There were crumbs and an empty cigarette pack in the cup holders. It also reeked of said smoke and was very unpleasant to be in during our pick up. The vehicle served its purpose well but it could stand to be cleaner in the driver cab.

Sheavon NThis location did what it was supposed to do. My initial reservation for my rental vehicle was at a different location. UHaul moved my reservation to this location, which was further from my destination. This resulted in more mileage (charged) due to having to travel farther.
